With respect to the environment, Mariya art living, acting as a contemporary accommodation facility, establishes a series of sustainability practices with the purpose not only to minimize the environmental footprint of its facilities, but also, to have a positive impact on the environment.

 

  • Installation of solar panels that meets the requirements for warm water for the whole complex.
  • Installation of magnetic cards in every apartment for control of the electric systems
  • Use of energy saving and low consumption lamps for the whole unit.
  • Use of thermal insulation windows in every apartment.
  • Low flow toilets (3/6 liters dual flash)
  • High technology electric devices chosen based on low consumption of water and electric energy.
  • Automatic cut flow of electricity with the usage of card/key
  • Reusable detergent packages.
  • Use of environmentally friendly materials.
  • Elimination of products with propulsive gas.
  • Constant effort for elimination of chemicals.

  • Automation system installation in the public areas for effective and energy efficient illumination.
  • “wash on demand” – Towels on the floor mean “please exchange” & towels hanging up mean “I will use it again” .

  • Smart flower and garden watering procedures are in place.
